Those words capture the opportunity for which 175 Atlantic business leaders hope to script a battle plan when they meet in Halifax on Friday. In the first of three annual 4Front Atlantic conferences, they aim to increase the region’s trade with fast-growing economic giants like China, India, Brazil and Russia.
